The mineral processing project of 300t/d gold mine in Suriname by Hongji has a raw gold grade of 5.75g/t, a true density of 2.62t/m3 and a bulk density of 1.32t/m3, and the gold mine is the main recovery object.

Beneficiation process
Ore washing, crushing, grinding classification, cyanide leaching process;
Washing stage
The ore washed by vibrating screen is sent to crushing system for crushing. The crushing stage adopts two open circuit crushing process, and the final product particle size is -15mm.
Grinding stage
A closed-circuit grinding classification process is adopted, the grinding products are sifted through the descaling screen, the flow under the screen is self-concentrated to the thickening machine, the bottom of the thickening machine is pumped through the slurry to the leaching operation, after leaching, adsorption, carbon extraction, gold mud is obtained by desorption electrolysis at high temperature and high pressure, and finally gold is smelted from the gold mud.
Tailing dewatering stage
The leached tailings are dehydrated by the filter press, the return water is recycled, and the dry tailings are transported to the tailings reservoir for storage.

The plant began in August 2025, and operations have been running smoothly. In December 2025, 14.3 kg of gold ingots were produced.
The customer has already added a 500-ton grinding system, increasing the entire production line's daily processing capacity to 800 tons of raw ore. They plan to add a 6,000-ton gold ore line; the site has been planned, and Hongji is currently working on the preliminary design drawings.
